The System You Describe Is Coming

Health 2.0 - Organizations Delivering Value Through Better Information - Is Taking Us There
Mike,

I agree. In my presentations around the country, I've been showing people the rapidly evolving Health 2.0 space, where increasing numbers of consumers/patients are gaining access to tools, and where platforms are developing that will allow clinical and business managers to make better decisions.

In my post, I was simply reporting on the findings of an important survey. But I'm well aware that the characteristics of the current environment do not preclude the potential for entirely different ones once the environmental mechanics. I believe that advances in computational power and the development of Health 2.0 will infuse health care with unprecedented levels of transparency and decision support, and effect a paradigm shift that will be as profound as the development of the Web itself.

Thanks for your comment.
