Story of the Week

Dr. Magee's "Story of the Week" focuses on a timely health news issue that teachers can assign students to watch/read. The "Story of the Week" includes a video, text transcript, related resources, and blog commentary for a more in-depth look at the issue.

This mode of timely communication is great for getting health discussions going in the classroom and for provoking new avenues of thought among students. Teachers can encourage students to engage in ongoing conversation with Dr. Magee by commenting on his blog entries, or students can suggest topics they would like Dr. Magee to cover.

Health Politics Archives

From 2003 to 2007, Dr. Magee produced a weekly series of programs that teachers can use as convenient, user-friendly modules to supplement classroom discussions or projects.
